If your order takes more than 15 days to arrive, we’ll give you an $8 store credit toward your next purchase.

🛠 Received a defective product or quality issue?

If your product shows any manufacturing defects or quality issues, no worries.
We’ll send you a brand-new replacement at no extra cost.
👡 Wrong size or color? Doesn't fit quite right?

We completely understand that choosing the perfect fit online can be tricky.
In these cases:-
We offer a 70% partial refund of the product value.

We do not require you to return the product. You’re welcome to keep it and, if you’d like, donate it to a local charity to give it a second life.

If you prefer, we can also send you a new item in the correct size or color (subject to availability).

What to do if your product arrives damaged

Take clear photos of the damaged product placed on a flat surface, showing both the defect and the product label.

We’ll send you a free replacement.
If a second issue occurs, we’ll issue a full refund.
